Empowering communities

Manage your life issues with local help

Role Modellers is a social enterprise founded in 2001 to empower use for social good of new collaborative work theory.

The theory originated in UK government sponsored research [1], was refined and extended over the next 15 years by Keith Harrison-Broninski, and finally published as the theory of Human Interaction Management [2,4] and associated change management methodology Goal-Oriented Organizational Design [3,4].

Prototyping of first flagship product HumanEdj as a desktop application began in 2005, and was beta tested by over 300 organizations in order to perfect its unique architecture. In 2010 the Web application emerged from R&D.In 2012, Gartner recognized Role Modellers as a Cool Vendor. In 2014 HumanEdj was adopted for large-scale use by the UK National Health Service as NHS GATHER.

Sponsored by the Royal Society of Arts, Role Modellers now offers the new service Town Digital Hub to manage your life issues with local help.
